Who ships your order
Tabisha Couture is a marketplace. Each boutique is responsible for packing and shipping the items it sells. Tabisha Couture may provide tools, customer-to-boutique messaging, and tracking coordination, but the boutique physically fulfills the order.
Processing time
Product pages and checkout may show a processing estimate. Processing means the time needed for the boutique to confirm, prepare, pack, and hand the item to a carrier. Processing times do not include carrier transit time. During holidays, exhibitions, weather events, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping prices and carriers
Each boutique chooses Free Standard, Free Standard above a threshold, or calculated shipping. Checkout shows merchandise and shipping separately for each boutique. Calculated rates are supplied by EasyPost from the destination, origin, package, carrier, and service selected. Free shipping has no Express option.
The boutique funds postage, including promised free shipping and carrier adjustments. Standard and Express choices may be offered for calculated shipments; estimates are not guarantees. Tabisha Couture does not add a shipping markup or calculate its platform commission on shipping.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates unless Tabisha Couture or the boutique expressly provides a written guaranteed delivery promise. Carrier scans and tracking estimates may change after shipment. Tabisha Couture is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, carrier disruptions, weather, customs, or events outside our control.
Address accuracy and lost packages
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned, misdelivered, delayed, or marked delivered but not received, contact the selling boutique promptly through the private order conversation. The boutique reviews carrier records and decides any voluntary accommodation or carrier claim. Tabisha Couture can supply available order and tracking records to support the boutique's review.
International shipments and duties
Tabisha Couture checkout currently focuses on U.S. delivery. If a boutique or Tabisha Couture separately approves an international shipment, import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, customs inspections, and carrier collection charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the written arrangement expressly says otherwise. Customs delays are outside Tabisha Couture's control.
Payment and delivery methods
Tabisha Couture does not offer cash on delivery or local pickup. Orders must be paid through online checkout, and vendors ship orders using the delivery method confirmed at checkout.
Delivery changes and refused shipments
If a buyer asks a carrier to change the delivery date, delivery address, or delivery method after dispatch, any additional carrier fees and resulting delays are the buyer's responsibility. Tabisha Couture and the boutique are not liable for missed delivery attempts, transit delays, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by buyer-requested carrier changes.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, unavailable for delivery, returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, or returned after a post-dispatch address change, the buyer may be responsible for forward shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, carrier fees, and any loss in product value. Those costs may be deducted from any approved refund or must be paid before re-dispatch.
Before packing or dispatch, the vendor must photograph the product with the printed shipping label beside it and retain the image as shipment verification.
